well, that depends on what type of RTS do you like:
Dawn of War is action-RTS,
Dawn of War 2 is RPG-RTS
Mark of Chaos is traditional RTS without base-building.
in that mater, i like mark of chaos the best (i have all 3 of them + addons like soulstorm and so) because it lets no room for big mistakes

Warhammer mark of chaos, but its not so great game. im like so BIG warhammer fan and i didint like so mutch this game , but i can say that if wanna play the best Warhammer Strategy game , play Dawn of war or Dawn of war 2 , those game rock.
