http://www.black-bear-hunting.com presents a short film on some black bear hunting in British Columbia, Canada. This video features Justin Ott harvesting a 6 foot long(nose to tail) black bear sow in the Fraser Valley of BC, Canada. The bear was harvested using a .300 WM Weatherby Vanguard with a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-10x50mm scope. Bullets were 168 grain TTSX handloads.

  • @haylspa Actually the meat lose is minimal. Dont get me wrong I think we should utilize as much as possible but this bear just took more shots than most. I would not consider using another bullet at this point as the Barnes TSX is superior to anything out there. Look at my Horsefly bear video it only took 1 Barnes TSX Bullet

  • that's a lot of meat loss, should try some burger's or at least some partitions may be even some hornady's gmx (burgers are more accurate) it looks like a softball hole pepperd in leadpowder yikes, don't get me wrong I like my a-max's to but not for any thing other then head shots
