  • You really need to research your protein shake. Tip for you. Myoplex=junk/ripoff. 2nd use almond butter, soymilk and a pure whey protein, throw in frozen wild blueberries for sweet plus major health benefits. Be sure to take a daily multivitamin.

  • Couple things. What kind of surgery did you have? And do you live in the US cause I've never seen a milk jug that was orange. And thirdly have you tried the syntrax nectar protien drinks?

  • Natural peanut butter is fucking great

  • First of all, for all that say peanut butter is bad for u, u have no idea what ur talking about, it has a little protein, being that u eat 1 gram per pound of lean mass, and it has that fat to help ur joints and to help the production of testosterone. Secondly if she's using a cycled ketogentic diet then peanut butter is good in small amounts but milk combined would begin to push the limits of carb intake for that meal. For those who don't know, a ketogentic diet is where u deprive ur body of c

  • Haha thats what I get at Lifetime Fitness and they call it the whey of life

  • @MrKayakFisho Are you retarded? Peanut butter is loaded with healthy fat, it should be a staple in any bodybuilders diet. If your training is telling you NOT to eat it, then you should find another gym.
