Cossack stretch to burpee/snatch- 30 seconds each- repeat twice for a 2 minute drill.
One of my favourite whole body combos:
1. Cossack stretch will give you strong legs whilst promoting flexibility. Can be done with or without a ketlebell in both hands.
2. Burpee/snatch is a realy smoker combing two of the best exercises out there- the snatch and burpee!
Men should use a 16kg-24kg Kettlebell.
Women should use an 8-kg-16kg Kettlebell.
