A very explanatory video, however Samsung Recovery Solution does not work on my Samsung R730, press F4 for System Recovery does nothing but offer a 'please wait' request, have left it for a few hours and still nothing.

I wasted an entire day restoring a PC of a friend that was ruined by this piece of shit software. Subsequently the same brain-dead application was needed to reinstall critical drivers that should really be included with the bloody recovery DVD. A terrible experience for even the most veteran IT support guy. Stop including software you are not able to write.

I just got a new netbook and when I try to backup it just tells me there isn't enough space on the drive even though i have 190gb avalable. can someone tell me why this is happening?

just to be clear, so by pressing F4 and finishing this process, i will be able to make myself a backup DVD? or will this only save my files and not the system (windows 7 in factory settings)?
