Part of my railroad crossing signal videos from 2009.
A quick digital-camera video of my Airport crossing at sunset. Displays the unofficial fixes me and my friend did on it: him fixing the STOP flashers; and me fixing the bell (after it went dead a couple of years ago) and cleaning the backlights of the Type XDs of the opposite signal.
I play the huge clocktower bells of the Denver City and County Building at Christmastime!
A railroad forum, railroad signal forum or siren forum or EMS/fire forum?

@robertgift Well, I don't live in the U.S. so I doubt I know you in person ^_^
But yes, I remember now. You're part of "that forum", that I'm no longer associated with (and don't want to)

Good of you to fix the signal and bell.
Were you paid, or did you volunteer your efforts?
When I was a little boy visiting my grandmother,
I would clean the red (o)T(o) with water and a cloth.
What does the vertical red light read?
Thank you.

@robertgift No pay. Everything was voluntary. I got tired of reporting the dead bell, so I took the matter into my own hands. My fix eventually died too, but later, my friend the signalman came and fixed it for good.
The STOP flashers read the word "PARE" (STOP in spanish)
Your name rings a bell, but I don't remember from where, though...
