i disagree, never use it in that situation unless its a matter of life and death...rather use it as a reversal or with its first frame fully optimised.

dang that was a pretty good come back attempt by akuma in that last round, I liked that hurricane combo he did. and he did a good job blocking all of those cross overs, I could tell he had a hard time catching blanka with his normal stradegy, they were both pretty good.

safest way to use ultra with akuma is when getting your charge attack in, does less dmg than it should but better than nothing =)

Blanka is nasty but akuma is da best!
