So, I love love LOVE the complicated father/daughter relationship that was between Ben and Alex. And her death absolutely broke my heart. Everytime I rewatch it I always cry. I think she was one of the few people that Ben truly loved. And I think major kudos need to go to Michael Emerson for playing Ben so beautifully. There is no other actor that could make Ben who he is, in my opinion. His expressions are just...perfect. He makes you hate Ben, but also feel for him and even love him.

The lines "Please, Daddy!" and "She means nothing to me" DESTROYED me! The first time I watched her execution I was a wreck and I still am each time I watch it. If anything, it gets more heavy each time. Fantastic vid. It depicts them perfectly. Their relationship is definately complicated and also so, so heartbreaking =''(

Great job! I LOVE Michael Emerson, and I totally agree that know one else could portray Ben as well as he does, he is absolutely brilliant!

Alex' execution was one of the most brutal things I've ever seen on TV. Lost has had some really horrific kick in the balls death scenes but this one was the worst. Watching that scene unfold, I was with Ben the whole time... not believing Keamy would actually do it and then out of nowhere POP! Unbelievable acting by Emerson (again! The guy has yet to have a bad day - he brings it every single scene) and Raymonde. Just wow... LOST owns.

Awesome vid! Alex's death was by far the most brutal death on LOST. Charlie's was a rough one, and so were others. But Alex's was the worst.

God! The dialouge and the acting of Alex's death scene dominates. But for me the worst part will always be the sound of the gun shot and the look on Ben's face. My entire body jerks when I hear it because the scene just devours you so much that you forget she's about to get shot. You think, "Maybe she won't. Maybe Ben really will save her this 200th time I've watched this scene even though the 199 times before he didn't." Great vid!! Five stars and favoriting!
