@sakelee Basically its down to your biomechanics. There are "form" for all exercises however everybody is different so form has to vary from person to person. Head up head down whatever works for you buddy.

i do dips @ the end of my work outs to get that last pump in
i try to get 4 sets of 5 slow going down and exploding up or just normal dips and 15 push ups
should i do more if im trying to get everything in my uper body jack'd?
