In today's video John Kohler from http://www.okraw.com interviewed me about my recent announcement about the raw vegan diet. Today I talk about why I am no longer a vegan. This is Part 2 of 2.
dont think my message went through on your website but i would like to say that your honesty will pay off as most people dont walk there preaching talk, i too feel flat but v quickly on raw vegan and to make matters worse, i find fruit and nuts difficult to digest. so i had to turn to meat and dairy and after trial i find that raw milk and fish suit me best with a bit of cooked grains and root veg. thanks again.
Go Paul. For all those ppl who are going crazy...its ok!!! lol Paul you've given me the courage to take control of my health....to me its all about eating mostly raw, and NOT OVEREATING!!!!! If I have a little bit of raw milk once a month....or even a little bit of meat...I'll survive!! Its all about wisdom and adaptation :) and don't forget the greens! :)
Thank you both, Paul and John! Gotta love the honesty. It takes a lot of courage to tell the truth when you know you will be attacked by the militants. Personal experience trumps dogma every time.
Thanks Paul, you are truly best at making me a little calmer about taking care of myself, I dunno why, but I dont get stressed from listening to you compared to other raw channels. You speak very wisely :) I keep realising every day that I have to take it slow and learn when I can about my own health, and not stress about it, thats not healthy ;) thankyou.
Many vitamins need other vitamins for assimilation by the body. I don't believe supplements can replace natural ways of obtaining vitamins because we cannot reproduce nature.

Not eating at night is best for me, too! You can discuss raw, cooked, but eating less
and eating during daylight works great for me, and, it's so easy. Saw your wife's
raw cheesecake; I'm making that one for sure!
