I've read The Black Hope Horror many, many years back... and it to this day rests on my bookshelf.
It also turns out that my wife lived in the Nerport subdivision back in the 1980's.
Thank you for sharing this footage, but with due respect, I'm not really sure what or why this was posted. I was instructed to listen carefully and just heard dogs barking. That, in combination with a shaky camcorder filming what appears to be Christmas lights didn't justify the title of this clip.
