Circuits gyrocopter end of day, MT-03 Autogyro, Crosland moor

The last part of the circuits. Just doing them for fun, including vertical ascent, hovering, tight turning using the wind to take the gyro down the runway, vertical descent and power off landing.
It was a windy day nice and smooth and nearly straight down the runway.

I agree the lighting could be better, but at that time of day in October in Northern England the sun doesn't get that high, I've got a new helmet cam that should improve the contrast and quality.

It depends on what you fly for a light aircraft is great for getting from a to b fast, but a gyro can do that and so much more.| The new enclosed ones will happily cruise at 100mph. I personally like the open cockpit, being able to look over the side directly down is great.
