I've listen to and played bluegrass all my life.Guitar, mandolin, and Banjo and never heard of this group until last night on RFD TV and heard the song Pearl and it just was probably the most beautiful bluegrass song I have ever heard. Its about a fox hunting dog and Im a coon hunter but WOW it sure let me find a great group.I even bought there CD today. What Talent.Wish they would come to Ohio.

Wow, I gotta catch this high Lonesome Bluegrass band somewhere. That's it.

With the way Cedar Hill performs this tune, it should be called "Wow Oh Wow"!!!
This is what Bluegrass is supposed to sound like. Bill Monroe is smiling as he rests.

Andrea, I could possibly be interested depending on the time frame and such. If you like, you can go ahead and talk to them about it and LORD willing, it will all work out well. Thanks and LORD BLESS

I know they are looking for workshop instructors at the St Louis Folk School - this is where I take my mandolin and bluegrass flatpicking guitar classes. I also jam with them twice a month. Roland White had a mando workshop there this past weekend. If you are interested in doing a workshop, they must pay pretty well to get Roland White, and I could put you in touch with Colleen Heine (the executive director) to get booked. You would get excellent attendance.

Thanks Andrea, Music brings Friends together.

That ole boy with the mandolin is what a good bluegrass singer should be! Saw him with a different group of pickers a few years ago in Maine and never forgot that voice. This is a far better group he's with now !!!
