  • You did a great job, I am sure you are verey clean but for video the pot you cooked it in look nasty like you got it out of the garbage can.

    but how much of each ingredient do i use?

  • Well i worked at KFC 5 year ago and all they do is mix the spices with the flour then dunk the chicken in water and put it in the flour mix to coat and then put it on the frying rack and put it in the deep fryer and its the same method used today when they cook it
