How do you get 7 shots for Scouts?

When you get the option to upgrade accuracy, firepower, or added effect the firepower guns have 7 shots instead of 5

ALL PPL WHO WANT A COMPLETE A RANK GUIDE THECOCKCREW AND TJAZZ HAVE THEM an easy way to do this is to just have largo and rosie only in with a scout then send ur scout to the right and capture the camp then bring like 3 lancers (reinforcments) then we the tanks come just shot them down for the rest see the a rank vids
