in europe canon settings are only 25p and 50i and 24f (i shoot in 50i). I reccomend you to shoot in 60i, because for fast action (snowboarding etc.) you get a more runny film. 25p or 24f only for static filming !!!

yeah i just got my hv40 in the mail, im going to be filming a lot of snowboarding this winter and i like your colors and everything. do you shoot in 30p? 60i? 24f?

HV30 is a extraordinary cam in low price segment.

The correct settings are often difficult and i cant explain it in few words. TESTING TESTING TESTING :) and you get fabalous pics ;)
