when you are being held down and not hurt dont waste your energy unless 1. you are being hurt 2. you are about to be restrained by rope, ribbon, wire etc. or 3. about to be confined into a car closet etc. If you can wait until released and or in an advantagious position, then do the most vicious attacks you can and finish your attacker.
