Some of my favourite scenes of Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star kicking bad guys asses '80s style. Note the awesome drum 'n' bass music unique to the western version. Purists be damned.

The scene where Kenshiro is about to kill the Golan army guys is better in japanese, where instead of saying "I can see you won't listen to reason" the line is translated as "You won't learn unless I kill you."

I love this anime simply because it's fast pace, and actually seems to be using actual animation, instead of being lazy with keyframes. There are tons of reasons why this anime is better, and being fast pace is one of them.
