This Mangalarga Marchador gelding was imported from Brazil, and is registered in both Brazil and the US. He was born 11-04 and is 16 hands high. He has a classic, very smooth and fast batida gait. He has been ridden throughout the tough mountains of Montana, crossed bridges, creeks bogs and downfall. He has worked cattle, and even dragged calves at brandings. I feel his true talent lies in endurance, jumping, dressage or trail riding. He has a great mind, and will make someone a true lifetime partner. All I can say is lovely, lovely, LOVELY!!! I love my QH, but I think this will be our next breed - they looks like all-that of a QH (+ more), & comfortable (even at faster speeds), too!
