The heckler was Mike Stark, and he was trying to bring up the fact that Bill O'Reilly was sexually harassing Andrea Mackris while his wife was pregnant with his child and asking why someone like him would be given a public forum by a bunch of people who claim to represent family values.
I'm not sure what the guy hoped to accomplish by interrupting O'Reilly's speech, but he is right to call O'Reilly out on his hypocrisy.

No I believe that I have no fucking clue about how the hell we got here. Im just not willing to dedicate my life to a belief that is completely unfounded. You are the one who claims to know how the universe was created not me.
