John Russell Citrus Chronicle General Election Candidate Interview October 9, 2008

John Russell discusses his position on the economy including his conditions necessary for ANY so-called bailout to occur which were not met. John also discusses the contrasts between himself and his opponent, career politician and third term incumbent Ginny Brown-Waite. John provides hard evidence of the incumbents well defined self interest which includes her use of taxpayer money for gratuitous mailings promoting herself, using her position for commercial purposes as she appeared in a commercial advertisement running over the course of 8 weeks in the Tampa Tribune for Cancer Centers of Florida. Mailing political fliers that out and out lie about her opponent, and Flip Flopping on drilling off Florida.

Ginny Brown-Waite is a Career Politician who is trying to maintain her employment at the expense of the public. Ginny Brown-Waite IS hiding from public scrutiny, failing to stand before the voting public to answer questions and in so doing is as spineless as any invertebrate that one might think of.

John Russell is the one candidate with the spine of steel who will represent working people, the middle class, veterans and seniors equally and with great vigor.
