That cop threatened the human rights of those individuals. Sure - give them a ticket or punish them accordingly - but how dare this officer make such threats to them. It's quite obvious that cops knows about the problems or rape in jail, and apparently they like to keep it that way in order to use it against people. So not only is rape allowed to happen in jail, but this piece of shit cop uses that fact to threaten others. I truly hope this officer gets sued and fired for this clear violation.

Lucky boy..... The cops here in Astralia would have cut his ass off for going that much above the speed limit.
30km/hr above the speed limit(which is less than 28m/hr above the limit) gets you a speeding ticket as well as a charge of "dangerous driving" and an instant disqualification of driver's licence .
Mean and rude cop, but more than fair in his dispensing of punishment.
