If your using the new M.U.G.E.N. u have to go to mugen/data/mugen1/system ^^

can anyone tell me how to change the size of the actual window for mugen im using a newer one the one thats for HD and its a bit to big but i cant find where to make it shorter

@megaluigi55 go to ( data) and open (system) notepad, scroll down to where it says (character definition)and you should see a place where it says (rows) and (columns). if you want many rows i advise you make each cell size smaller.
if you have a file that says ( mugen1) in your folder then do the things above in that folder.
useful? if not i dont know...
