@islandbuoy4, you forgot that O'Leary also stated that he believes Apollo was real & his quote was taken out of context. The silver paint was not on the film, but on the modified Hasselblad cameras to reflect more light & heat. Since heat does not transfer by convection in a vacuum, the Hasselblads worked fine on the moon, during Skylab, Shuttle & ISS under very similar temps. I suggest you look at complete Apollo rolls. They're full of crappy shots!

Please explain how a coat of silver paint protected the Kodak film from heat, cold, and radiation?
LOL
And why did not one astroNOT become a professional photographer after leaving NASA?
LOL
Man those astroNOTs were better than most professional wedding photographers.
Even using their point and shoot cameras that had only 3 settings with no access to their viewfinder?
LOL
ya sure....

"If some of the film was spoiled, it's remotely possible they [NASA] may have shot some scenes in a studio environment to avoid embarrassment."
Dr Brian O'Leary astronaut

duh okay how many VABs doe the NASA site list?
do they have any credible astrophysicists?

@islandbuoy4, "No, I'm not pointing you toward anything [insert link]. I'm not a propagandist for David Percy, Mary Bennett, Marcus Allen and the rest of the AULIS gang [insert link]. I'm only providing links [insert link] for those interested [insert link]--not for poopie heads like you, LT! [insert link]"
Can you describe the Apollo "jump suits"? A "jump suit" is very simple, so you should be able to describe it. Go ahead.
As for the VABs, I only listen to astrophysicists.

I admit the video I link to does not have the production values of NASA Nazi films stooges like you embrace, but the evidence is AAA.

I am NOT pointing you toward anything loser.
I know your ignorant mind is made up.
It is for folks who are undecided.
Let them decide.
Idiots like you think SPACE beyond the Van Allen belts is safe?
Idiots like you cannot explain why the Van Allen belts capture Solar Winds to protect us earthlings...but astroNOTs can pretend to land on the moon wearing jump suits.
This video is for the undecided to decide >>> /watch?v=MalYSn_qIU4&feature=r

@islandbuoy4, How typical. Rather than engage me in a cordial exchange of ideas, you assault me with name-calling. Is it any wonder that hoax proponents and UFO worshipers have a hard time garnering respect? In addition, you can't speak for yourself. Instead, you can only point me to your propaganda headquarters. Look, if you have a specific matter to talk about or if you wanna talk about this video here, fine. Otherwise, don't point me to your amateurish fantasy films--I've seen it.
My uncle was a ham radio operator during the 60s and 70s. He and thousands of other hams listened in on NASA frequencies. There was no scrambling or encoding in those days. Using triangulation, they plotted the moon missions course and position all the way to the moon and back. They had done this since the Mercury flights and knew what they were doing.
Also, one of the Apollo flights left two precisely spaced mirrors on the lunar surface. The mirrors are used by astronomers with lasers today.

@MrToiletface, l see that you couldn't answer Sozlled below, so you changed the topic.
It's quite easy for any geologist to determine whether a meteorite is from the moon or not. The Soviets got samples (about 1/2 a lb.) from the moon, so we DO have something to compare rocks to. We also have spectroscopy. Oops, sorry to use a word that is too big for you to understand. Because you don't have a science education beyond 3rd grade, YOU are the one taking it in the ars!
