Was it too much to ask what they saw? Oh, right, they weren't allowed into the school for days.

When it gets so bad teachers and paramedics need to be armed to the teeth there is something terribly wrong. I admire the freedom to own a firearm in America but people who are mentally ill or likely to be wreckless with their weapon in some way should in NO WAY be allowed to own a firearm. We're only allowed sport weapons in Ireland. I have a 12 gauge and a sporting rifle in my room and i've never behaved wreckless with them in my life and I never will even though I have bipolar disorder.

God bless those poor kids who were killed; I have nothing but the umost respect for those teachers, especially the one that acted as a body shield for her kids. I also have nothing but the utmost hatred for the so called 'man' that shot them kids. This is evil beyond comprehension. I seen a CT flag with a broken heart symbol in the store today in Dublin. People think this incident just hurt Americans, It hurts everyone in Europe too. Evil doesn't acknowledge artificial borders.

This is what happens to the mind when it's isolated and then exposed to an extraordinary event. The brain has difficultly processing the signals, which then leads to anger, frustration and of course more violent psychotic symptoms....

Further study will need to be conducted to determine the lasting effect. =)

...but of course, like all of these studies they will go ignored by political figures.
