Joe POV

That was weird, it's like she went bipolar. Her emotions have never changed that fast before. Maybe she has her period and decided not to tell me this time. I shrugged and started moving the cart again keeping her in sight. I let my mind wander as we went down the next aisle. I lifted my gaze when I saw her toss a package of always into the cart.

"Sorry, about before." she said quietly as we stood on line.

I wrapped an arm around her side, pulling her closer to me. She tensed at first then relaxed herself, catching her eyes with mine.

"It's cool, and you were right about to coco puffs." I told her, letting her hear what she wanted to hear.

"No, I just weirded out for a second." she said breathing out as she spoke.

I put the items on the conveyer they made their way down to the cashier one by one.

In The Parking Lot ;

"Babe, I got this." I said as I clicked the button on my car keys to open the trunk.

"Are you sure?" she asked ran her fingers through her hair.

"Mhm, turn it on for me?" I asked her, tossing her the car keys.

"Okay." she trudged of for the car, bringing it to life.

I packed the car, slamming the trunk closed. I walked over to the driver's side and slide into the seat. I pulled the door closed and looked over at Demi who was staring out the window. I sighed quietly and backed out of the parking lot.

Demi POV ;

I figured all the weirdness was alerting me that mother nature was around the corner. I stood up from the toilet seat to see no blood in the water. My period was never late or early, always on time. This was the fifth day it's been late. I placed a pad on my undies and pulled them up. I pulled down the top of the seat and sat down. I put my head in my hands trying to stop the possible problems that were flying around in my brain.After a few minutes I dragged my feet into the kitchen to get something to eat. Joe was on his laptop doing who knows what. All of a sudden, I was too tired to care. I pulled open the fridge, taking out a Jello.I took it between my fingers staring at the red substance.

"Did we buy advil?" I asked slowly lifting my aching head.

"I think we did." He pushed the chair back walking over to the counter. I watched him calmly look through the bags for the little blue box. He popped two out of the silver foil and handed me a glass of water.I swallowed the two pills, flushing them down with water. In the corner of my eye I could see Joe frowning with a nervous expression on.

"Baby, I'm fine." I told him trying to reasure him nothing was wrong.

"Why don't you go lay down, i'll bring you up some soup. It would give me a peace of mind." he told me.

I nodded making my way into the living room. I knew I should've told him I didn't get my period but I didn't want him to worry. I lowered myself onto the couch closing my eyes trying to clear my head.

Then it hit me, am I pregnant?
