I met a lot of people when I went to Peru who just wanted to get a good photo standing by Machu Picchu to show their friends. The people of Peru were not so interesting. I wish more people would see MP on day one - then get out of there are see the rest of the country and the LIVING culture there. I married a Peruana :-)

it's called culture, do you not notice that alot of the people on the train are tourists? he's trying to show you his roots, and maybe get alittle money from it. ITS FOR TOURISM lol yea I'm peruvian btw
