Attempted to use the Air Alert training system, but end up getting midtarsal fault on my right foot. I stopped using AA after 2 weeks.

  • you did it outside on cement. of course that will fuck up your legs. do it in a carpeted place like a basement or something

  • um you should follow directions aa recommends for the user to jump on a soft surface not concrete man that's why u had problems with ure foot.
