  • I'm 15 and trying to deal with this. I have so much pressure in school- all my classes are hard and I'm falling behind. My parents don't believe I'm as stressed as I am (and they're half the cause of it) and now it's gotten to this point. :(

  • @volleybal0325 That's a tough situation. What's worse is that the more stressed you become, the harder it gets to deal with pressures (and think clearly in your classes).

While there's unfortunately no instant fix, there are some resources and techniques that can help to relieve the stress and improve your ability to cope. If you take a look at my free course on hypno.co.nz I set out a few key ones there. I really hope it helps.

A school counsellor might also be able to help you.

  • omfg this sounds so like me.. i had a almost breakdown i think at my graduation when all those people looked at me i just almost just fell and almost blacked out. i realy had some thought hard moments in life when i wass stressed out like i lost my house at a stock market or something i dont really wanna talk about what happened but i really had a stressfull life. and guess what im only 18.. i already have like some back ache its really weird.. back ache at 18.. thats very rare i think..

  • wow... read me like a book!!!

  • @duecepitbull But it's not just school. Everything- two of my grandparents are very sick, for example. And it's not about "getting it done". I'm a high school sophomore in Pre-Calculus, German 3, Honor's U.S. History, Honor's Bio, etc. There isn't enough time to do 3 hours of homework a night for each subject. And my parents keep warning me that I can't fall behind or else I won't get into college and my life will fall apart. So before you say that, maybe think a little.

  • @volleybal0325 Get your shit done and just do your work and fuck what people think...take care of your business and the stress will leave

  • @MikeRMNZ Thanks. Good thing Christmas break is in a few days, 2 weeks off would help. It's just that there's so much going on. Like I said, I'm taking honor's classes, and they're tough. And I'm thinking about college, which is stressful. My grandpa, who I'm so close to, and my role model has cancer and is getting worse. I just need to take a break for a little bit. I'll try what you said, and thanks again.
