    The chemical makeup changes once oil is heated then cooled, then re-heated. Plan (organize) all frying for one day. Fry things that don't mess up the oil first and then other things.

  • Hey Hetal & Anuja, I have a request. COuld you guys do a bajri no lot video. It looks like papadi no lot but it is made with millet flour, buttermilk and garlic I think. Not sure. Please upload that recipe. I looked everywhere but could not find it. Thanks much.,
