I could knit pick lill things about his form but he could prob watch my vids rowing 405 and 455 and find something wrong. A lill to much legs for me but pretty good form and better than 99.999% of those using anything over 3 bills. My forms better though...;-)

His form is off. But I bet he rows 385lbs perfect, anyway. That blows most people away.

slow form injury lightweight ? ! haha!! doesnt matter if you cheat or not obviously you have no clue if you are saying slow form aha you make me laugh cheat however much you want to and lift however you want to. If you come up to me in the gym i bet you might have something different to say :) that means i will either move on or beat your ass

I HATE ANY OLD GUYS (OR ANYONE AT ALL) AT THE GYM THAT FEEL THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO GIVE ADVICE ON FORM WHILE IM WORKING OUT... ESPECIALLY WHEN I PUSH A LOT OF MORE THAN WHAT THEY ARE..... sorry had to vent since it happened today during my bent over rows.

To all those who cry FORM! At this video, to those Nautilus-using, cable-curling, muscle-tech praising, unbalanced, form-crazy fuckheads - take note. If you want the body of a 10 year old girl - use perfect form and god forbid - overload the muscles. If you want the body of a guy who fights bears on a mountain, lift like this guy. We have a saying down here for people like you: HARDEN THE FUCK UP. Google, 'squats' starting drinking eggs and get off your fucking high-horse.

theres definately a fine point in using heavy weight and simply exercising your ego. ego is when you lift weights to show off to all the others in the gym. "look at me, look how strong I am." then there are those that need to lift heavy or heavy compared to everyone else, to get results. but remember, a back exercise has to work your back or you won't get results. whatever works for that person.

@santahatpk yeah but that's how you get big brah. big weight = big muscles. who cares if it activates other muscles, this guy looks like he is trying to put size on everywhere. if he wanted to 'isolate' his lats, he would do 50lbs on the pulldown machine and make sure to get peak contraction' or whatever those faggy PT's call it. it's all bullshit man. lift big, eat big, get big.

@A550RGY LOL! well put
If you want to avoid all injury, use perfect, slow form with light weight.
If you want to avoid growing a vagina, use heavy weight with half way decent form, occasionally cheating to force a few more reps.

People if you want to avoid injury, sit your ass on the couch and watch TV.
