First of all, every research made about time travel prove that going back in time is more or less impossible, and if it was, you wouldn't create a time paradox, you would just end up in a different time line where you appeared in the past, killing your parents wouldn't kill you, it would just mean you would never be born in that time line.

How ever, it is technically possible to slow down time by being at proximity to a high centre of gravity, so to the future, yes possible.

if aliens are real I think they go back in time and plan to go to take over earth in 2012 and they will have disaster strike in 2012 killing everyone and taking over the milky way galaxy. or earth if they are from other planets like mars but astronauts are going to start going farther than the moon and to mars and eventually others.
