I recorded every exercise I did on Friday. This entire workout program is a small part of what Tom Meadows uses to train his elite, national team, and Olympic athletes (with some slight modifications... I am NOT a world class gymnast). Rate, comment, subscribe, and enjoy! If you have any questions about certain exercises, comment on the video and I'll try my best to answer!

  • dang, if there was a gymnastics center like that around where i live. i would spend everyday there. that place looks awesome.

  • Your Workout routine is great! I hope you can upload a video in which you show some exercises in order to learn how to do backflips and other gymnastic exercises ; )

  • Very effective training regime. I have one question though. How does one develop strength in the pressing area's (eg straddle leg presses and especially legs together)?
