The Quest for Magic Ring - FAILSAFE APPROACH - Majesty Gold

I've played this mission several times and lost even I've managed to kill all 3 witch bosses. Because the ring has to be brought to its place by your heroes. But the other monarchy declares war and hits you from your back! Since you cannot command your heroes directly in this game, its a matter of luck to have the ring for yourself. So, by this approach, there is no way for the other kingdom to capture your ring, nor declare war against you at this most vulnerable times. By vulnerable, I mean being under attack of those 3 powerful litches. You spent much gold for this expensive Lightning Bolt spell, but it worths for having those free high level heroes. Besides, each wagon from trade posts brings almost 5000 gold to your market.
PS : Also do not forget to remove these trading posts from your trade route. It is annoying to watch the slow and stupid tax collectors to travel all the way to collect just 10 golds of tax from them.

Hm... that's interesting. I didn't know you could do that. All I did for this level though was put a huge bounty on the enemy castle, and then proceded to watch their own heroes kill them.

I've discovered this after " Free the Slaves " quest. After destroying the pit several heros released. At first they do not settle to any building. When you build a guild house, they are settled immediately.

BTW I will try your bounty tactics too, I haven't expected they may destroy their own castle, its also sounds funny....
