@PriestBurn Look in the video starting from 4:00.
It says that the "kite", going up following an 8 path, will unroll a cable ( generating energy from that ). When the cable ends it will be rewinded and another cycle begin.

Can someone please explain to me HOW it is supposed to harvest energy? Windmills simply have a motor attached to them. But .. this thing?
