I like to use lime for my shrimp scampi. I guess you cant really call it shrimp scampi, but it adds a nice flavor as opposed to the lemon

this was such an awesome recipe... my husband loved it!!! I followed most of the instructions but I didn't have minced garlic... so instead I used garlic powder... and I only had parsley flakes... but it came out wonderfully!!! I'd definitely be doing this again!!!
