@FlameG102 An act of chance is a random gust of wind coming so hard that it throws the stoller into the train in spite of the brake. An act of chance is one of the stroller legs breaking and it tipping over, the child rolling into the tracks. An act of chance is the wheels of the train kicking up debris and throwing it into the stroller.
This was avoidable with basic supervision; "Forgetting" to apply the brake on a stroller next to train tracks is not "an act of chance". It's fucking retarded.

her only "wrong" was forgetting to apply the brake on the stroller, and thats not a negligence crime, its simply an act of chance. It could happen to anybody. Theres probably an incline on the floor, something which one doesnt exactly expecty to be there.
