I talk to my parents more & Im glad you're trying to be encouraging of that. Its hard sometimes, they still treat us the same way as if we're slaves to their ideals, even if you talk to them, sometimes nothing can change them or us. Unending cycle & an inverse battle of highs and lows. Real & Fake. Conservatism Vs Liberalism. Christianity Vs humanity. Inhumane vs Humane. American Values Vs Filipino Values. Its a struggle. I'm just glad to have a boyfriend who's smart, conscientious, & Frikn cute

I was a "screwed up teenager" but I pretty much grew out of it but I had parents that understood.  I have to wonder if I ever would of grew out of it if my parents where the type that waited till I fell and then kicked me while I was down. You know what I mean.
