【材料】:花枝1支、金桔5顆、薑2片、蔥1支、美乃滋2大匙、咖哩粉1大匙、米酒1大匙
【做法】:
1. 花枝先斜刀橫切成細紋後,切成花狀再從對角線斜切一次之後對半切成兩塊,接著再把蔥切段稍稍壓一下後,加入米酒和一大匙咖哩粉攪拌均勻後,醃漬15分鐘
2. 起150-160度的油鍋後轉中小火,再把切好的花枝面朝下平舖在漏杓上,取一邊慢慢下油鍋讓花枝呈卷曲狀定型後,再放入油鍋炸至2分鐘後撈起。
3. 取一容器把美奶滋倒入,再稍稍把金桔搓揉後切開取湯汁倒入容器中後,
攪拌均勻後、再做好的醬汁裝入小塑膠袋中綁緊成為擠花袋。
4. 把蕃茄對半切後再切片擺在盤子上,再把炸好的花枝切成片狀後放在蕃茄上,接著把裝醬汁的塑膠袋切一小孔,斜淋在花枝上即完成這道桔香花枝。
