Yes this is very helpful, thank you! Extremely logical steps through what can be very daunting and confusing! It's exactly what I was looking for. And I am sure has taught me more than 3 years of needlework at school ever did.

can you do tutorial on simplicity costume 4080 Misses Costumes Misses Geisha Costume: Kimono and Dickey

@MsRomero90 from watching some of her other videos, instead of having to cut the pattern you can place tracing paper in between the fabric and the pattern. then you use a tracing tool to trace the pattern which copies it onto the fabric, hence saving the pattern from being cut. I'm not sure what the paper is called but it was on her notions 101 tutorial. Hope that helps :)

this was such a great tutorial just like the rest of your other videos. i just feel like i admire you hehe. but i do have a question, what if i want to make the shirt with all the different sizes on the pattern instead of just my size, i dont think im suppose to cut out my size with the scissors because then that would ruin the rest of the sizes..in this case what would i have to do??
I paid $150 for a beginners sewing class - four, three hour long sessions, and didn't learn half as much there as I just have in watching this six minute video....absolutely free. Wish I would have come here as a resource first!
