You have a good form, this would have been a pass because it looks as though you have remembered the routine well. On the other hand you need more power on your strikes especially when your staff hits the floor, that should be extremely powerful, also you need to be lower on each stance, the lower and wider your stance the stronger your strikes will be. A few hiccups in some bits but overall its good. More power and speed will make this great. Keep practising!
If you ever want to survive a fight I hope you try much harder than this when you are hitting the enemy. I would have failed you because of your lack of ability.
