How much FPS will i get on ultra with an AMD FX-6100 X6 3.3 MHz this card and 4 Gigs of RAM?

I will get a AMD Phenom II X4 840 (3,2 ghz x4) and this graphics card. And emm 4 gb ram.
Will it run this game on ultra 1080p? :) Or atleast with shadow at medium because that gives no difference from ultra.

@The7radeMark I think this card is not for me yet... the card itself is nearly over budget for me, apart from that I have to buy a new power supply because it need 500w.. i have 350w.
