FLCL + Recessional

This was done for a poetry class. Mhm.
Video should be public now. Please let me know what you think! I didn't want to go overboard with effects and stuff since the song itself is so soft ... it really didn't seem appropriate. Anyway!

The song is "Recessional," by Vienna Teng. The scenes are from a six episode animated series titled "FLCL". I really wanted to portray the relationship between Naota and Mamimi, and how it changes over time. What begins as this awkward one-sided fling seems to almost flip flop by the middle of the series, and by the end it can be argued that the affection felt by both parties is pretty much gone. So sad~
