@fastr1337 I agree. I've done Pankration (combination of Muay thai and submission wrestling/ jujitsu), so I agree that Muay Thai needs judo to make it even better. Pankration doesn't have alot of throws,for the grappling it's mostly shooting in for take downs and then applying joint locks from different positions,as that's what submission wrestling and jujitsu mostly involves, where as judo is about throws. For this reason I am taking up Judo to add to my Muay Thai and Pankration.
@riskyowns11 Judo is almost impossible to train without another person there. you need to be able to feel how people move and get your timing down. muay thai is an incredible martial art... but after striking ... you need judo in your training.
US judo is crappy despite all the Americans of Japanese ancestry.
