this video is sad but doesn't shock me. i have a lebanese friend (living in canada) whose family are among the most racist people i've ever encountered. she's moving back to lebanon later on this year and though i'd like to visit her sometime there's no way i'm going if this is how i'll be treated there (i'm black). it's nice to see that there are lebanese ppl (the activists in the vid) who are angered by the racism in lebanese society and are trying to stop it.

if you travel to Lebanon as tourist you will be treated as tourist.. but the poor ones who works there like slaves will be treated in a very racist way even against arabs from other neighbouring countries..
