I bought a Canon 60d DSLR to replace my point and shoot. If your considering upgrading you might find these images helpful in your decision to make that leap. These images where all taken hand held on automatic setting with no post editing. The lense is a Canon efs 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM which is more $ than the canon body. However, these images show how the 60d processes the images on automatic with no post editing. I love it!~ If you don't have anything but a point and shoot to measure by and you can get the $ up then I say it rates a 5 out of 5 pixels. Buy it!~

Really those pics where taken in the green box ?? I also have a 60D, I always shot in manual + raw .. Haven't tried the green box and neither the JPG.. but if those are the results are fantastic !! Cheers..
