@zaman866 To lift a 650 kg payload, you must expel 650 kg of air from the balloon. You are doing this by heating it from 300 K to 400 K in a constant volume, so you can only expel 1/4 of the air. Therefore, the total volume of the balloon must be 4 times the volume of the excluded air (which weighs 650 kg).
