Practice your gun handling skills! Even if they're fake guns, you should handle them safely like the real deal: don't point them at anything you don't want to destroy, keep your finger off the trigger unless you are aiming at something you want to shoot and keep the barrel pointed in a safe direction. (It adds to the realism!)
