John Huston filmed this documentary while serving with the U.S. Army Photographic Unit during World War II. Due to the fact that it dealt (unflinchingly) with what we now refer to as post-traumatic stress disorder, Army brass took one look at it and pulled it from circulation. It remained out of circulation for nearly thirty-five years until President Carter ordered that it be released.
I wish EEOC will change the policies in handling complaints. Don't make hard to proof discrimination and retaliation.
