Jumper's knee is an injury that affects the tendon connecting your kneecap (patella) to your shinbone. The patellar tendon plays a pivotal role in the way you use your legs. It helps your muscles extend your lower leg so that you can kick a ball, push the pedals on your bicycle, and jump up in the air. Learn about the different causes of, symptoms of, and treatments for jumper's knee in this video.

@wightyboy77 rest, its only gonna get worse like that. if u got pain everyday even if u dont exrecise u gotta rest about 3 months and do some treatment and then when u rest enough slowly come back, first play like 50% of ur capability and so on. while u rest u shud stretch ur hamsring, calfs, quads, glutes and hips, get some ice and u shud go to the gym (dont do stuff that puts presure on ur knee), work on ut abs, lower back and core, it'll help and make u more explosive.
